Varies: Different people will respond differently. If you have a lot of comedones, tretinoin may be the better medicine for starters. I see you are already receiving several different treatments. Your physician may try you on a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day or refer you for consideration as an Isotretinoin patient. Acne is non-lifestyle-related, serious & treatable.
