Best guess: If you hadn't had all of your wisdom teeth removed, i would have them checked. Especially, if the pain is coming from your furthest back tooth. I am guessing that swollen gums around your wisdom tooth could be the source of your pain. Get a check up. If I am correct then the wisdom tooth should be extracted.
