No pee, needs seen: If he has really gone 24 hours without urine output, he needs to be seen in the next 4 hours. Call your doc office right now, and if they can't get him in this afternoon, go straight to the er. No other options - he needs urgent evalaution.

Dehydration: As there is no urine more than 12 hours, you should have taken him to er for IV fluid and electrolytes. Many times they pass urine with diarrheal stool, hard to differentiate, make sure, if not........Take him to his pediatrician or to er.
