Menstruation: Usually first 2 years menstrual periods can be irregular, because ovulation doesn't occur every month then. After 2 yrs. It should regularize. Competitive athlets can have menstrual irregularity with frequent skipping or less flow, some systemic illness, obesity, hormone can be among other causes. If this is not your case, talk to your pediatrician.
