granulomatous dz: Certainly yes for chronic granulomatous disease for with prophylactic antibiotic, antifungal and immunomodulator are recommended. Many things in medicine can cause a granulomatous disease process and treatment for each entity is dictated by the specific disease. Incidental finding of a granuloma, such as on a chest x-ray does not require any specific treatment.
