Retinol: You're young at 20 years of age, so hopefully you don't have many fine lines yet! i think creams with retinol are the best. Straight Retin-A 1% is a good answer. Used sparingly it removes top layer of skin like a chemical peel. And in so doing, functions to remove fine lines over time. Like all peels, one has to be careful of sun exposure while using the cream. Protect and moisturize.

Wrinkle cream: That is a difficult question to answer as few 'head to head' studies exist. To be simple, i like products with clinical studies that support their claims. Most do not have such studies--always ask. Tretinoin (retin a (tretinoin) or renova) is effective and well-studied. Retinol products are often good, but many, if not most, have not been tested for efficacy so one must be careful.
