I feel so weak and have a bad headache and my muscles feel very weak. what could it be?

Weakness: It could be many things. Need more information about heart, result of angioplasty and medications. If ankle edema & shortness of breath, it is heart;if blood count low , anemia; can be low thyroid, UTI or dehydration. Muscle weakness -if taking cholesterol med. Or simply dehydration in summer if not enough fluid intake. Please see the doctor for good history, physical exam. & some lab tests.
