Not necessarily: A term baby is 37 to 42 weeks. A five week window. The earlier the us the more accurate, but still only within one week. 85 percent of women will deliver in the 5 week window. To answer, no it doesnt mean your conception date is off.

Probably not: The "due date" is one day on the calendar. Most women do not deliver on their due date, because women normally deliver term babies anytime during the 2 weeks before their "due date" all the way through 2 weeks after their "due date".
