What's the most natural treatment for coronary artery disease?

Lifestyle changes: There are risk factors you can't control, like family history and diseases you've had that put you at risk. Most of the risk factors are within your control, such as diet and exercise to keep you LDL low and your HDL high. Discuss these measures with your doctor as everyone can benefit from this, get regular checkups and blood tests to monitor your progress. Do not smoke or take drugs.

Genes: Hdl over 40, low triglycerides, low LDL are all genetically and diet modulated. Some very early coronary lesions have been shown to regress with the use of statins. More advanced lesions can only be neutralized by mechanical compression with a coronary stent or more long term succesfull by coronary bypass. The prevalence of coronary artery lesions is about 20% in the 20's as per military autopsy.
