Normal diet: A pregnant woman should eat just as a non pregnant woman. Good broad nutritious, lower in carbs, lots of veges, low fat. But with 300 calories more a day. Her pain should be evaluated by her ob, but with growth of the uterus and abdomen, some pains are normal.
