Acne Vulgaris: The difference is that ziana contains tretinoin and clindamycin. Retin-a gel is brand name for tretinoin only and has no antibiotic Clindamycin in it. Like to think that combination is more effective but actually it depends on whether you have more inflammation than nodularity. You use Renova cream as well. It is also tretinoin. Light therapy helps in acne. Wish you good health.
