Rarely : Women with premature ovarian failure usually don't get periods (cycles) but a small percent can regain their ovarian function and their periods. Premature ovarian failures per definition is before the age 40. If you periods stopped and/ or become irregular please see your obgyn. Frequently it is due to hormonal imbalance. Also take a pregnancy test. I hope this helps.
