See below: First, don't panic. Second, toddlers often will have unexplained diarrhea called "toddler's diarrhea" and it is not worrisome unless, blood is seen or the child is showing signs of dehydration. Often may related to teething. If none of the above. Wait it out and if not improved after 2 weeks, see you doc. If problems, see doc sooner.
