Can chicken pox and have no symptoms?

Probably happens : Although most people who get chickenpox will have 200+ blisters and other recognizable symptoms, some do not. Testing shows about 80% of adults who say they never had it test positive for antibody. Some likely had a few lesions buried in their scalp that were called something else or never noticed. My understanding is this was limited to kids.I doubt an adult could be so lucky.
