A member asked:

Why do you faint if you haven't eaten for a while?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

not always: Some have sensitive systems and the body's response to a loss of active food and calories is to get light headed and a few will faint. More often with less food intake, aside from hunger pangs, is weakness and fatigue. Fainting is extreme and not common in this situation.
