A member asked:

My blood sugar is normal, could i still get diabetes pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you mean could: You get pregnant, it depends on whether you and your sexual partner are fertile. If you mean could you develop diabetes during pregnancy, known as gestational diabetes, then it's certainly possible, particularly at your age, and particularly if you're overweight or have a history of gestational diabetes. Your doctor should check you during the pregnancy.
