Neck arthritis: There are several joints and intervertebral discs in the neck. These can wear out over time leading to neck pain as well as headaches, chest, and/or shoulder pain. Problems with the heart can also cause neck and chest pain. I would recommend seeing your physician asap to get evaluated.
