Is it normlal to have postprandial 2 hr fasting test at 108?

Glucose test: Fasting glucose of 70-100 is normal, between 100-125 is considered pre-diabetic, and over 125 is diabetes. 2-hours post-prandial under 120 is ok. Hemoglobin a1c can also be measured, and ideal is under 5.7%.
