Couple possibilities: Although migraine can cause transient dizziness on standing or turning rapidly, an inner ear problem such as benign positional vertigo may be a culprit. On occasion, thyroid and anemia issues are the cause, and many medications can provoke dizziness. Not bad idea to be checked by otolaryngologist.
