Today while taking out a tampon i had a very large blood clot attached 2 it as big as the tampon, is this miscarriage?

Not unless pregnant: If you had a positive pregnancy test or were known to be pregnant then a blood clot that size would have 'meaning'. However, if this is not normal for your periods then please see a OB gyn md.
