ABSOLUTELY NOT !!: Your pain in your chest is hopefully not from the pill, because if it is that means you have something not good going on with your heart or lungs, you should be evaluated asap to make sure the pain is nothing bad, as pain in your chest can be form many different causes , some minor , some not.
