How to avoid heel blisters while ruck-marching?

Blister care....: First you have to find the cause of the blister. Bad shoes? Over activity for short period of time? Blisters are caused by a ton of friction on one focal area. Try to find the cause first then try to find a doctor that sells this product: http://www.Pedinol.Com/product_detail.Php?Id=57.

This might help: Blisters come from friction which separates the layers of skin. Try two pairs of socks so they rub and not your skin. Better fitting shoes can also help and mole skin applied prior to the blistering is also helpful.
