Need more info: If by 50, you mean 20/50 then that eye needs to be 20 feet away from something that can normally be seen at 50 feet. The 22 you mention is harder to understand. Pd means pupillary distance and just describes how wide apart your eyes are for eyeglass fitting purposes and is not an indication of vision. If you provide more details, a better answer can be given.
