Just side effects: At 10 mg a day you should not encounter tyramine exposure related side effects. The common side effects include nausea, dizziness, dryness of the mouth, sleep disturbances, confusion, anxiety, hallucinations, and orthostatic hypotension. In your profile you mention drinking alcohol and as with any psychiatric medication you may want to refrain from alcohol to minimize behavioral disturbances.
