BPH: Enlarged prostate is the most likely explanation for this symptom in a 65 year-old male. Start by seeing your doctor for an exam and formal diagnosis. If you have bph, effective medical treatment (i.e. Alpha blockers, 5α-reductase inhibitors) is available.
