Hi, do extremely blue veins that come and go, mean vitamin deficiency?

No: Veins can change in size and color for many reasons including levels of hydration, degree of exertion, outside temperature, genetics and locations of veins. There is no relationship between vitamin deficiency and veins coming and going.
