Yes.: This test, intravenous urogram (ivu) or sometimes called ivp (intravenous pyelogram) is an x-ray to look at the structure of the kidneys, their drainage system, the drainage tubes (ureters) to the urinary bladder, and sometimes, the shape and emptying of the bladder. There is no reason that you cannot have it at any time in your cycle; just not when pregnant. Good health!
