Food poisoning?: So what's your question? Sorry but i'm not clear as to your sequence of events. Were you healthy and then your stomach started hurting & developed nausea after you ate banana bread? Or your stomach was already hurting, then you ate banana bread & felt nauseated? Former makes me think of food poisoning while latter might be gastritis or ulcer. Go see your family doc for evaluation & treatment.
