Weight Loss: Stick to a plant based diet like the mediterranean diet. Begin an exercise program daily, even if its just 20 minutes of walking per day. Eventually as you feel stronger try to walk 40 minutes a day or switch to elliptical machine or stationary bike. You work long hours but exercise and good diet will give you more energy and you are likely to lose weight in the process. Best wishes.
