A member asked:

Why are some people more likely to develop bruises than others?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many reasons: Bruising may be normal, and the predisposition to bruising can be inherited genetically. It may also be an indication of a vitamin deficiency, or a deficiency in the compounds and cells needed for blood clotting. Your doctor can run simple blood tests to determine the causes of bruising.
