ANLL=AML symptoms: Symptoms related to complications of the suppresion of normal blood cells by the leukemic cells- that will include weakness and easy fatigability , infections of variable severity, and/or hemorrhagic findings such as gum bleeding, skin bleeding, nose bleed, heavy menses etc. Bony pain, fevers, decrease in apetite, weight loss are also common presentation.
