ANLL=AML symptoms: Symptoms related to complications of the suppresion of normal blood cells by the leukemic cells- that will include weakness and easy fatigability , infections of variable severity, and/or hemorrhagic findings such as gum bleeding, skin bleeding, nose bleed, heavy menses etc. Bony pain, fevers, decrease in apetite, weight loss are also common presentation.

Many symptoms: Acute myeloid leukemia can have many symptoms such as fatigue, fevers, sweats, weight loss, easy bruising, bleeding, shortness of breath and frequent infections. It is a very serious illness that requires therapy immediately.

Stage: It depends to stage of disease and age of patients, and usually they have anemia ,tiredness and fever and bruises on body.
