Yes yes yes: Light jogging in pregnancy is fantastic. Studies show that women who exercise in pregnancy have shorter labors, less painful labors. They also decrease the risk of diabetes in pregnancy, high blood pressure in pregnancy, pre-eclampsia in pregnancy. It's good, all the way around. So long as your doctor doesn't give you a reason not to exercise, definitely just do it! :-).
