Decaffinate: There is not nearly enough info for good answer, as no one checks caffeine level outside of nicu, they all make clinical decisions, and it getting too much, you must reduce your intake. Risks are heart rhythm problems, possibly heart injury/attack, vascular injury (stroke/bleed), kidney injury. Reduce caffeine intake and talk to your doctor.
