It may be that....: ....It is not urine on your underwear, but vaginal discharge. This means something brown coming out of your vagina instead of out of your bladder. Either urine or a discharge like this would be in the same area of your underwear. In any case, see your gynecologist who will be able to easily tell the difference and help you with the problem.
