Poor Positions: Sitting in front of a laptop can cause lower back pain, especially if you're hunched over or your legs are flexed at the his greater than 90 degrees. Make sure when working in front of a computer for extended periods of time, the computer is not on your lap and that you are sitting in a chair, not on the floor or couch. Good luck.

Computer pains: At your age (if you are indeed 16), if you are getting backpain, it is a wake up call! follow rule of 10. Every 10 min get up for at least 10 sec otherwise, by the time you are 25, your spine would feel like 75!
