Multiple symptoms: There are several paraneoplastic syndromes. Most are related to the production of excess hormones or tumor necrosis factor or high blood calcium. Neurologic processes can also occur. Your symptoms could be due to a lot of things, but don't sound like a specifric paraneoplastic syndrome to me.
