Many: Neurologic paraneoplastic syndromes are caused by an abnormal immune response to the tumor, which makes the body accidentally attack its own nervous tissue. Muscle weakness, stiff limbs, dizziness, coordination problems, vision problems, confusion, difficulty swallowing, memory problems and numbness are some of the many possible symptoms.
