What would cause warm sensation in my lower legs on the inside? no obvious reasons. they are not warm to touch but feel very warm to me.

Warmth : There may be some nerve irritation in your legs that makes you feel warmth when there is nothing on the skin. Try a cool pack. Sometimes a topical rub such as icyhot, bengay may help. Possibly, over time it will go away. If not improving or getting worse, please see your doc.
