May need imaging: To exclude possibility of persistent abscess. Notify your surgeon. Some pain is normal but if not i proving may reflect need for additional treatment.

Pelvic abscess: She could have a pelvic abscecc, this could be draine with a needle and ct scan. Call your surgeon and let them know about the rectal pain, take her temperature as report that to the surgeon.
