Evaluation : While heat sensitivity could be constitutional hot flashes are not a normal occurrence at your age group. It could be due to different reasons such as thyroid dysfunction , premature ovarian failure, hematologist disorder etc. I would highly recommend that you see your pcp for an evaluation, the sooner he better. It is possible that all tests will come back normal but an evaluation is important.
