Variety of treatment: There are several surgical and non-surgical options to treat facial wrinkles. Moisturizers can help a little but don't expect drastic results. Sunscreen and not smoking are the best preventative options. I suggest visiting plasticsurgery.Org and using the find a surgeon tab to find a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Saggy skin: It depends on the region - facelift surgery can help with these skin issues.

Pick a good surgeon: Discuss with your surgeon what you want to accomplish with surgery and what your concerns are. If you find a surgeon who is board certified in plastic surgery, they should be able to review with you multiple options to accomplish your goals.
