Vaginosis/pregnancy: No it does not mean miscarriage. Your OB doctor should be able to give you medicine to apply intra-vaginally or even by mouth for some infections.

No: Treatment will cure the infection and it would be very, very rare to cause a miscarriage at 19 weeks.
