For your teeth: Toothpaste is formulated to be used intraorally to clean the plaque off your teeth. If you have pimples or 'spots' extraorally, use products specifically for those areas.

Yes and no: Redness in your gums is due to plaque and bacterial accumulation. You should be brushing 5x/day and flossing 3x/day. It is the combination of brushing and using toothpaste and floss that gets rid of the redness and bleeding.

Intended use: Please use toothpaste for teeth and for oral/ mouth related uses. Otherwise, you are asking for non-scientific based answers where there's no research on.

No: Toothpaste will not help 'spots'. You need someone to diagnose what is causing the 'spots' before you know how to treat the problem.

Spots: Toothpaste is not a cure for acne, or any other red spots. Can cause skin irritation similar to burns. Red spots inside the mouth should be diagnosed by Dentist, outside the mouth by a Physician. Only after determining cause of the spots can the correct treatment be provided. Read the label on the toothpaste. Nowhere does it say that it is a safe and effective spot cure.
