Rib Cage on right : You want to know where gallbladder pain is located. Most often people with gallbladder pain describe pain in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen. It may be colic type which comes and goes. It may be initiated by a fatty meal and can occur shortly after eating(30-90 minutes). An ultrasound and laboratory test will help correlate with the symptoms.
