I'm feeling what I can only describe as a light sting on the tip of my penis inside where the pee comes out from. What is this?
When I pee it stings slightly at tip of penis hole, I also feel the need to go the toilet a lot, but when I actually go to toilet I cannot pass urine and sometimes I push quite hard and only a little bit of urine comes out like dribbles.
