Red noses & Mederma: It really depends on what is causing your redness. If you have scarring from burns or other procedures, it may (is it really proven to help?) help but time alone will take redness out of scars. And you can experiment by using it on only half of your reddened area to see if it really works. If you have other reasons for a red nose, it will not help.

Yes if treating scar: If you have a scar and are treating it with a scar care cream then it may help but it would be better if you use a sunblock as well. In this situation you have to use the product for a few months. Commonly sun and weather damaged skin can cause small vessels that give a reddish appearance and these need to be treated with light therapy. See you plastic/cosmetic surgeon.
