Yes: What and the quality of what we eat affects everything. Inflammatory diets (refined foods, high pesticides, etc) create an inflammatory environment in the body. Cortisol (stress hormone) increases. Cholesterol goes to estrogen, testosterone, cortisol, aldosterone production. Cofactors like vitamins and minerals are essential for all hormone pathways.
