Really concerning: Blood vomiting is concerning since it could be sign of serious medical condition . However , we need to investigate the issue a little more deeper . Is he vomiting or coughing up blood ? What is the color ? Bright red or brown? Did he have nose bleed ? What was he told when he was seen first ( what was he diagnosed of ) . Did he have blood work? Those are important questions to be clarified.
