Fear: On the face of your comment it would seem irrational but I am sure you have your reasons. Confide in a close friend and explore the origin of your fear, perhaps you are feeling self conscious because of the duration of time you have not been active. It does not mean you are undesirable of that you will not know how to make love. If your fear persists consult a thearpist for help.
