A member asked:

Should i use another form of birth control, like you're supposed to during the first month of taking birth control pills?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: When a woman starts her first pack of pills we recommend using a back up method of birth control, such as condoms, for the first pack. The reason is that the pregnancy prevention is not as reliable the first month. So do use a back up method this first month!
